ONESMILE offers flexible payment options to accommodate various financial needs, making it easier for patients to access quality dental care without compromising their oral health.
Payment
Our office accepts Interac, certified personal cheques, money orders, Visa, MasterCard & Amex. Payment is due when services are provided. If you are receiving more extensive dental care, we can make financial arrangements.
Insurance
We accept most dental insurances and will file claims on your behalf. However, please remember, your insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company. Should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than expected, you are responsible for the remaining balance. We will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate of your costs to your insurance company, so you will know what your benefits are. We will bill your insurance directly, patient will be responsible for the difference and unpaid procedures.
Privacy
Protecting your personal information is an important principle in providing quality dental services. Thus, we are dedicated to collecting, utilizing and releasing your personal information in a responsible manner. We comply with the privacy legislation – the Personal Information and Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
